Thank you Nick!!! for making my loan process go smoothly, I had the pleasure of meeting Nicholas after unsuccessfully attempting to refinance my property with 2 other lenders. When searching for a loan after being turned down by my Bank. I decided to give lending tree a try. I originally went with another lender only to be frustrated by the process. After not hearing from the 2nd Lender I became very frustrated as I was not kept informed as to what was causing the delay and being misinformed as to what could be done and that there would not be any issues. After receiving emails from Nicholas I decided to give him a call. I reached out to Nicholas from 7th level Mortgage and shared my frustration. He asked me some questions to get a better idea of what had happened and how he could help. After explaining the situation. Nicholas was able to get the answers I needed and called me back with the approval. Nicholas stayed with me during the entire process. He was always available to answer any questions and he did everything he could to help me out, he got me exactly the loan I wanted at a good rate.
